TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing this website, viewing galleries, or purchasing digital products from Present Moment Photography, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs, images, and visual content displayed on this site and within client galleries are the exclusive intellectual property of Present Moment Photography.

© Present Moment Photography. All images are the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchase or download of images grants a limited license for personal use only. Ownership of the images remains with the artist at all times.

2. Permitted Use

Purchased digital images may be used for:

• Personal viewing and display

• Personal printing

• Sharing on personal social media accounts (credit appreciated)

Images may not be used for:

• Commercial purposes

• Advertising, branding, or promotional use

• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing

• Creation of derivative works, merchandise, NFTs, or products

• Uploading to stock sites or print-on-demand platforms

Any extended or commercial use requires prior written permission.

3. Digital Products & Sales

All digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once downloads are enabled or files are delivered.

4. Image Presentation

Images are provided as finished artistic works. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur depending on device or display settings.

5. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, distribution, or misuse of images is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability
